    Pros

Good pay and benefits. They take good care of their employees. Great hours depending on location. My branch was opened 9-4 mon.-thur and 9-5 fri.

    Cons

Focusing more and more on sales. If you are a top seller for 5 months in a row, but then don't make your sales for 1 month, your job is threatened.

    Advice to Management

Not much to say. I'm sure the upper management is being pressured by shareholders to get more and more sales.
