    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The upper management should really listen to their associates and not penalize them for having an opinion. I was emoloyed with BOA when they use to take care of mortgage for clients, now they only do card credits and deposits at the location in Greensboro. I can remember a time that I warned my co-workers about this very thing happening and now it has taken place. I think the main problem at BOA is that they don't focus on the clients happiness, but rather the number of clients they can serve. It more about quantity instead of quality when it comes to customer service with them. Unfortunately, this will be the very thing that will have the doors closing for good. .
