I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are awesome and give their all.

    Cons

CEO's and upper management would rather have their bonuses then to give it their employees who work hard and long hours to make the company what it is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees what they are worth and take less for yourself. Not wise to close a top branch that can do any thing that is given to them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
