    Compensation was good. As in any company, your experience will depend on which group/leader you end up supporting. Many areas are good and then others...not so much.


    NO work/life balance. VERY stressful environment...continue to have more to do with fewer resources...typical in the financial industry. No growth opportunities for those who do not live in a designated "hub" area.

    Advice to Management

    In many areas, things work the way they should but in others it is still a "good old boys network." Listen to your associates and make the tough decisions to weed out polarizing leaders instead of promoting them.
