    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Great 401k program and excellent health/employee benefits. The paternity leave for three months paid is an industry leader and example of how to assist employees staying long term with company.

    Cons

Instable working environment. I was laid off three times in a one year period, only to get a new job at a new site (new city, new commute) and then that new site would be closed. Very instable for such a large company.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend that the structural changes would be communicated very clearly to the employees in order to allow them to adapt to changes that affect their employment, i.e. livelihoods.
