I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

getting insurance benefits (that are expensive)

Employees are overworked, and nothing you do is EVER ENOUGH. I worked at the bank for years out of fear... My managers would tell me there is no other option and I was just lucky to have a paycheck... Meanwhile I am under 25 with gray hairs and hating my life... When I finally left I got a job in two days that pays more and is enjoyable to go to every day. Life shouldn't be a series of "thanks but now you need to fix this, and this, and that, or else".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you cant treat your employees right, then how can you expect to treat customers right... just be honest about what is important... $$$$$, not employees, not customers, not doing the right thing....
