I worked at Bankers Life full-time (more than 3 years)Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEODoesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
Great training, some free Leeds system, good motivations.
No base gas money or phone allowance, sales are always split between the agent and the trainer same with the residuals, some expensive Leeds, frequent return product, high cost of Errors and admissions. The sames Leeds are frequently giving to all agent at the-same time.
You will end up spending $5000-$8000 the first 3 month and you will only bring in $6000 if you are lucky. Many managers take your paid Leeds and sells them behind your-back, or cancels the policy's you written with them and write it them-self behind your back so they can get the commission on there own, and you end up with back-charge.
Advice to Management
Bankers it self need to run the offices and brokers that they ripoff the agents, Bankers have great Leeds system and training if they add some allowance and run the Management themselves it would be great place to work for.
