Great first job for ambitious staff seeking advancement, otherwise well-suited to career secretaries and paralegals

I have been working at Banner & Witcoff full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Most of the staff and attorneys are friendly, and the upper management seems to make a concerted effort to let staff know they're appreciated. The firm also generally has a good work-life balance, with little need for a great deal of overtime or to take work home.

    Cons

Long-term, unless one is a career secretary or paralegal, there is very little room for advancement for staff.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
