    Pros

    Gratis, and half the time the product being given does not match every skin

    Cons

    Managers & Assistant Managers get awards $500-$1000 bonuses for making plan, employees get $20-$30
    Managers putting their work on key holders and BA's constantly

    Advice to Management

    Start hiring from within, hire the people who are familiar with the product and metrics, instead of hiring others that have to be taught. You hire others at higher wages, and expect people who are making half of that to train them? Start treating employees with respect and stop over staffing the stores if no one is even walking in the stores. Get people in the stores! Don't rely on us. Stop hiring unexperienced BMs & ABMs. Some of them get hired at $27 an hour & you expect someone who makes $12 an hour to help train them? Respect your employees. Do you treat your girlfriends like trash? How do you expect us to give the girlfriend experience if you treat us like shit? Girlfriend experience my ass.The quality of your product is going down. Lets take ready for example. If you're darker than a person of Indian decent you can't wear ready . In all of the ready signs, not a single one features an African American. In the loose powder every dark or deep shade is either or ashy. How do you expect to drive sales if you can't even cater to every skin tone and type? Maybe Leslie stepped down cause she did not want to be blamed for the poor leadership of corporate.
