Depending on your department, you can have a great manager.
There needs to be some serious sensitivity training here. So, so much un-checked sexism. And for a long time the only three black people in the building were in service positions. Lastly, the idea that people aren't fired sounds quite lovely, but that place is choking on bullies in every department. I heard death threats, I saw egos gone rampant, and have been screamed at and belittled.
Advice to Management
Get some actual HR training in there, make it mandatory and reinforce offenders. Also, allow people to anonymously review their managers and the company overall.
