I have been working at Baxter full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Love my shift in that I do three 12 hour days that equal a five day work week and have four days to do what ever you want. Great benefits and rewards for implementing new ideas at work.

    Cons

Most new supervisors are very young in age well educated but lack common sense in decision making process. Do not see to much interaction with upper management and employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire supervisors with people skills and not just robots.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
