    Pros

Some really great people in the non-management positions.

    Cons

Management is out of touch with the market, believing they are offering something more than competitive. No accountability. Every department is out for themselves. They will tell you what you want to hear, but throw you under the bus if it best serves them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask and actually listen to the people doing a specific job with regards to the obstacles they face daily. After all, those folks do in fact know more about their field than someone working in another department, and they just want cooperation to be successful. Hold the department heads accountable for the overall success of the company, not just passing the buck off to someone else.
