I worked at Bayfront Health full-time (More than 10 years)
Benefits were fine before takeover from CHS (Community Health Systems) now pricier. Employees were great and if you had questions they always went out of the way to help you understand. They're trying to make things better but after the house cleaning that they just went through it's too little, too late.. will be on the sales block yet again.
Staff is short handed in all departments. Staff is overworked and some are grossly overpaid. The building is old, they only upgrade what the public sees, many places are known to have mold and mildew issues. Morale has gone south for quite awhile, no direction with little hope for a brighter future..
Advice to Management
Forget the dog and pony shows that you have on occasion, roll your sleeves up, get out on the floors and talk, I mean listen to your staff.. the anonymous surveys that are replied to are BS, not too anonymous if you have to select shift, days, manager, etc.. you'll never get a true feel for the pulse of your business until you do..
