I worked at Behavioral Health Network

    Pros

There are a lot of very talented people working at BHN and many fantastic programs.

    Cons

There isn't enough supervision. The agency piles so much work on everyone that there isn't enough time. The pay is also much too low for the amount of work you do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to supervision and training. Many people that work at BHN are fresh out if school. They need actual guidelines to follow and extra support.
