I have been working at Belkin full-time (More than a year)

I should start by stating that I am writing about the Plainfield, IN DC. Half the month to two-thirds of the month there is hardly any work and you can sleep walk through the day. This place reminds me of a kindergarten with ash trays. Your performance and hard work count for nothing. So if you are not into working hard don't sweat it you will fit in just fine here. Easy money!!!!!!!! But way under paid for all the junk you have to endure.

It is hazardous to your health!!!!! Be aware, there is no one checking the water in the batteries for forklifts, pallet jack riders, and possibly the golf carts. If you smell noxious fumes get out of there. They can send you to the er twitching with your chest and throat burning. The management here really don't care about you. They say they do but their actions say they don't. Judging by the reviews I've read about the corporate headquarters in Playa Vista, CA, I kind of understand why. This company only cares about their spreadsheets and how much money they are going to make. They really don't care about the well being of their employees, their families, or the products they ship out and current apple store reviews demonstrate it. If you don't get hired in as a supervisor, manager or higher up, then forget about any room for advancement. Your performance, attitude, and work ethic count for nothing because everything is already set and won't change unless someone dies off or retires and even then they will probably hire someone incompetent to replace them that hasn't the slightest clue as to what's going on. Don't speak your mind because they will say your opinion matters but will let you go because you have one.

    Advice to Management

Make a plan of action that corresponds to human and ethical issues. Identify what can be a potential hazard to someone's health, assign to check, and oversee that it gets done. Remember that if it doesn't get done it could cost someone their lives or livlihood and that someone maybe you. Listen and do. Wake up, get up, be present, get yourself out of that dream you are in, make your office as uncomfortable as possible so that you don't spend as much time in there and get out on the floor so that you can see what the hell is going on. Look for another job because Belkin was a star and is now turning into a black hole ready to consume itself and everyone around it. The company is made up of you. If you want to fix the company, fix yourself.
