    I worked at Belle of Baton Rouge full-time (more than 3 years)


    The best thing about this company is the benefits. Unlike many casinos, full time positions are offered more often than part-time ones. You will receive many breaks and you are paid for that time.


    Managers do not care about their employees. Probably because of the way corporate treats them. The salaries are average at best. The company does not keep property clean or maintained. You will work holidays and weekends. You may not leave property while on the clock. The clients are ill-mannered and nothing will be done or said to the abusive guests.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Protect your employees from abusive guests. Offer rewards to employees. Update uniforms and break room. At daily pre-shift meetings, give motivation not a list of "don'ts".
