    I worked at Belzabar Software Design full-time (More than a year)


    1. Intelligent and Talented team of developers, QA and leads. 2. Good Compensation and benefits. 3. Great learning curve for freshers. 4. Great switching opportunities to companies like Google, Amazon and Microsoft. 5. Overtime benefits. 6. Flat hierarchy (One can directly contact CEO for any concern)


    1. Lack of good projects that can help in better understanding of new technologies and design patterns. 2. Lack of process especially code reviews and deployments. 3. Lack of good project managers and business analyst that can actually understand the depth of client requirements and can decide the deadlines. 4. Developers and QA are forced to meet the deadlines which results in bad coding practices and standards.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the bar of recruitment process for the position of PM and BA as maximum of them lags in basic technical and industrial concepts. They are good in communication and email writing but that is not suffice.
