I have been working at Benefitfocus full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My voice is heard here, if I discover a better way to tackle a problem my management will hear me out.
My opinion is just as valid as anyone's and I've haven't been working here a full year yet.
The salary is comparable to other people working in the same field I am with the amount of time in said field in this geographic area.
I am constantly forced to improve myself, to learn new things, and to go above and beyond to continue being a contributing member of my team and I love it.
When I wake up in the morning I no longer wish I had died in my sleep, until I get into the traffic going across the bridge but that is not really this companies fault.. or is it?
Decent vacation and sick time policies.
The free snacks, drinks, t-shirts, and cowbells are nice.

    Cons

Sometimes the hot chocolate machine will be empty and there may be someone taking up the ping pong table and the Foosball table. This one time during craft time one of the gold paint pens ran out before I finished my magic wand, but there was a spare on the other table.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get more gold paint pens for craft time.
