    Pros

    Free lunch when visiting corporate offices with that benefit. Paid very well. Strong brand recognition on the east coast.

    Cons

    Management, loosing market share to Behr and Valspar.

    Advice to Management

    I think the cows are outside the barn and it may be too late to try and re-invent the Independent channel. Should have made a deal with the box stores to distribute a non premium line years ago. Why should I pay $55 for a gallon of paint when I can get one at a box store for $35 that performs almost as well.
