    Pros

The only "pro" worth mentioning is the team of co-workers who essentially ban together as friends & family. This might only be in part because all Benjamin Moore workers are in the same boat...Unappreciated!!!!!!!!!!

    Cons

The biggest "con" is the mistreatment & lack of appreciation of all workers from lower management down. No matter how much success achieved or hard work ethic shown....it goes unnoticed!!! Any &. All bonuses promised for success in achieving your goals are somehow "never received" (bunch of thieves). The management of corporate up to Michael Searles (CEO) receives hugh salaries & bonuses because of the hard work & dedication of these employees. While these long time employees are being laid off & the constant stealing of workers bonuses after over achieving All their sale goals & commitments...again theres only one word that can describe "UNAPPRECIATTED". I don't know who is calling all the shots & is in charge of the decision making of BM but there is no sort of direction in this once respected company. I only hope Mr. Buffet realizes what events are taking place & if it starts with him should reconsider the "Core Values".

    Advice to Management

Refind "The Foundation" & "Core Values" of this once respected company in order to achieve success. Acknowledge the employee...Appreciate the employee....Reward the employee...
