I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than a year)

Co-workers are typically easy to get along with. In the lower level positions managers do not have much interaction with you which is nice to just show up and work your shift. Hours are good and flexible.

As with any job once you get into the higher positions they expect high performance out of the employees. Which isn't bad if you are good at your job. Also there is some level of politics involved for good positions and who is selected.

    Advice to Management

Not much really. Some stores are clearly ran better than others. More employees should be cross-trained. E-learnings don't cover everything and every situation of course, so job shadow is a great back up.
