Rude customers can ruin your day, people always want to use your discount its OK to say no because it's yours (not being selfish), some times it gets unprofessional as employees talk among each other in front of customers.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Even when there are days you think that are not busy, always put a decent amount of people on the schedule in their departments, especially FRONT LANES. Train and advise your employees more on the technology and GSP offers from their departments. A lot of time there are complaints from customers because the employees don't know their stuff. If there are customers being mean because they want a cheaper price of a product they got off the wrong shelf or under the wrong sticker tag, just say NO.
