    I have been working at Best Doctors full-time


    Salary is competitive. Good work/life balance. The mission of the company is a good one getting the "right diagnosis and right medical treatment" for members.


    The organization as a whole lacks focus. They try to be everything to everybody and put the burden on the employees to make it happen. Decisions do not seem to be well thought out. This ends up making employees frustrated and stressed because they have no input on how things are run yet are expected to execute poorly thought out directives.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more. Have meetings, get input, then do something with it! Operationalizing is a problem. In my experience management hides from problems rather than finding better ways to make work flow. If this was addressed our product would be ten times better.
