    I worked at Best Western full-time (More than a year)


    Employee incentives and rewards program allows you to earn points which can be used to redeem gift cards, hotel stays, merchandise, and even allows you to donate to a charity of your choice. The rewards program is available to both employees and guests of Best Western properties. Employees earn by signing guests up for rewards program and by completing incentive questionnaires. Employees can earn by guests rewarding you points for your excellence and also for stays at other Best Western's, excluding stays on employee rates.


    Particular property that I was employed at had an owner that did not value their management or employees and was only concerned with revenue. No benefits offered other than 1 week vacation for first two years, two week vacation after three years and 3 week vacation after 10 years. KEEP IN MIND: All Best Westerns are privately owned, it is up to each owner what they will provide to employees and management at their property.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to the owner would be to value your management and staff when you have dedicated and diligent workers. In an attempt to save money, you lost by hiring incompetent management companies and employees for less per hour and your revenue is much lower than the previous year.
