I worked at Best Western as a contractor (less than a year)

As a Guest...I look for complete cleanliness and excellent service. I know that in the previous few years, more and more Eastern Indians have begun assuming ownership of hotels and pocketing the money. They refuse to reward responsible and reliable staff and cut the workforce. Guests eventually get tired of them breaking the laws (telling new hires to work (train) for a few days and not be paid. AND to top it off, the cleanliness of rooms and good service go downhill and staff leaves. The Dept. of Labor should inspect and the Brand Corporation should revoke their brands. I screen very closely before I agree to serve as the Hotel's GM.

Same (or worse) than the pros !!!
