I worked at Beyond full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A select group of individuals there - non-management people to be specific - are nice, committed to their jobs and client satisfaction. The logo is a nice color.

    Cons

Distressing lack of direction from senior management means absolutely none of it bleeds through into 'the ranks' - i.e. my peers and I. There is no fairness in the culture, with people who do not contribute being given preferential treatments in terms of roles and perks over those who are all-but told to put the long, long hours in due to miscommunication and poor management. If there's a business strategy behind the company, it wasn't visible in the years I was there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have some values. Let your employees know those values. Ensure that you stick to them. Treat people fairly. These are a few fundamentals you're just not doing right.
