    Pros

    -Free snacks in stocked company kitchen
    -Decent Health benefits
    -Flexible in/out times (Flextime)

    Cons

    -Antiquated back end systems
    - Very long sales cycle due to lack of employer marketing
    -Unattainable goals
    - ALOT of account vetting to ensure within correct tier
    - TOO much customer service work to effectively sell ALL the time
    - Dis-jointed communication between satellite office and corp office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Create a LedGen/account manager role to clean up accounts and identify larger opportunity companies so the SALES team can do more selling and less research.
