    Negative Outlook

I worked at Biovision as an intern (Less than a year)

As an intern, you have a lot of opportunities to learn and do so many different things. Job tasks are quite open to every department. Leaders know who does well since in a small company they know everyone's working performance. Working time is more flexible, can come early and leave early

Leadership is not very strong, so that some employees can trick on the job responsibilities, and won't get punishment. Accounting people is not professional sometimes not honest on paying and receiving payment. It's so much a family business, makes unfair somewhere.

    Advice to Management

Make rules, follow rules, and no exceptions. Don't try to hide everything, that's not helpful.
