It was easy to work for BA because everyone shared the same family like values with one another. The work hours were also very flexible and convenient.
The major down side at least for this location was the constant change of management. There was no steady pace flow throughout this location due to management. Also, there were very different point of views between managers that conflicted with the way employees responded to the work environment.
