    I worked at BlackBerry


    Probably the best benefits for a Canadian company. Salaries were generally higher. Everyone gets a BlackBerry with data plans. And atleast until recently this company was (and still is) a Canadian tech icon.


    Too much inter department politics and work spent on wasted projects (that never go to prod). In the last few years work had become quite stressful with tight deadlines. A lot of chaos in upper man agent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Figure out what needs to be done and why and then STICK to it.
