I worked at BlackBerry full-time (More than 5 years)

Excellent opportunity to be involved in key design and implementation. Solid employee foundation. Savvy customers who provide clear business needs.

Executive leadership lacked clarity and action toward current product market. Teams losing talent without any appeal to retain. Slow to react to applications market.

    Advice to Management

Let go of past and manage for the future.
