    I have been working at Blood Systems full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    There are some very nice people who work here. This company also has a low tolerance for employees who do not follow the RITE values of the organization. The benefits package is better than some other organizations.

    Cons

    Some positions do not have opportunity for growth within the position or outside of the position. There are many dead end jobs here.

    Exeutive Management is also kept in the dark about issues with major projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Growth Opportunity
    Examine the roles in your organization. Make sure every employee has opportunity for growth. An area of focus for this would be departments that have recently had high turnover rates. LackDo this before losing more key personnel.

    PMO Troubles
    Get your information from multiple sources about the progress of major projects that are behind schedule. Don't blindly trust what you initially hear. Hold project managers accountable to timelines. Make sure the dates they give you are realistic based on workload of staff accountable for doing the work.
