    Big brand name and presence in industry. Unsurpassed reach in the healthcare world. Exposure to a wide reach in the healthcare world.


    Low compensation and standards for employees. Low expectations for work output by employees. The apathy is contagious.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire 60-75% of the staff, and then pay everyone 50% more, and replace attrition only for 2.5 years.
