    I worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Pay and benefits are good. Good training.

    Cons

    If you get sick or something tragic happens to you during training. They will write you up and make you feel like a horrible person. I understand you need to be there during training, but there is so much dead time that you could make up what you've missed. The job is very stressful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay should be really be better for the bashing you constantly have to put up with from customers.
