I have been working at BlueShore Financial full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The people! We have a great team environment and everyone works extremely well together inter-departmentally to achieve company goals and objectives. The benefits are really good and you can even choose to purchase more vacation. This is a great place to start a career in the financial services industry, but it is not a place to stay in the long-term unless you're in the branch network.

    Cons

No real room to advance if you're not in the branches. Pay is lower than other companies with similar positions, and people get 'stuck' so they eventually leave to find more challenging positions with better pay elsewhere. Another issue is that the company will not pay more for great people to stay.
