    I worked at Boehringer Ingelheim

    Pros

Great pay. You are involved with life saving medicines.

    Cons

No training. Management will abandon you when you have a challenge and throw you under the bus. Team work is literally gone. I felt that they were in the dark about so many different things. I felt that this organization failed me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen. Take management training classes. You want to make sure your team is successful. You need to improve the lines of communication and it comes from MANAGEMENT. Be involved with your team. Be creative.
