I worked at Boeing full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Varied work load, given lots of responsibility and also freedom to create new things. Great salary.

    Cons

Odd work hours during testing means working at night sometimes, but still need to be there during the day for meetings. Hours are a bit brutal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Doing a good job. Frequent team meeting are helpful. Maybe more training sessions.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
