    Pros

Great benefits and the hourly employees are great.

    Cons

Management is required to 'write up' a certain percentage of people within the group they manage. Being written up will lead to being fired. Some employees that have been written up are stellar employees. If they can get written up, then no body is safe. It doesn't matter if you are management or hourly or salary. There are too many procedures to follow. It has been said publicly that there is no possible way that all policies can be followed. Get a clue.

    Advice to Management

I've Never seen morale so low. I know of 42 employees in the last four months who have left Boeing and these are good employees. Boeing is going down hill but as long as you make the all mighty dollar - who cares right? Rate the managers. There are some great managers; get rid of the bad ones. Once that is done, morale will improve. Some people were never meant to be in management. Many of the hourly are overworked and that is how accidents happen. Make it so mandatory weekends are banned.
