I worked at Boeing full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent group of tech. fellows, scientist, lots of challenges, no politics, and enjoy to work for.
    and be Proud.

    Cons

IF you are willing to relocate out of state, then its Ok, otherwise, can be difficult to stay at one location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I love to work for this company and enjoyed.
One point, too many managers working and less Indians to do actual job.
Let go others who don't produce the work (mostly managers are there for many yrs.), and hire NEW generations
bring the balance of the Age, not part of discrimination but the reality of Life for whom don't work HARD should be Out.!
