Current Employee - Project Manager in Ridley Park, PA

I have been working at Boeing full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great products for great Customers

    Cons

    Earnings first people last
    Inconsistent management
Too much emphasis on process discipline regardless of the process being good or bad

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop calling yourselves 'leaders". Leaders sow a vision and get followers enthusiastic about contributing. Morale is so low it is unfathomable. The company used to emphasize innovation now it is all about schedule and earnings

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
