    I have been working at Bolthouse Farms


    You learn a lot but u gotta move on after a year unless you have to stick around if you don't have education or experience. Management is already getting fired and starting fresh - Campbell needs to clean faster bcuz a lot of our money is going there. Buy there's still a lot of clean up to do.


    You do a lot of work for little pay even with experience and degree unless you know someone or your relative works there. Management does have favorites and allow certain employees to get raises when they do the least bcuz their favorites.

    Advice to HR Management: value the employees who want to grow and discard the lazy ones when the receptionist can do a better job!!!!!
