    I worked at Bon Appétit Management part-time (less than an year)


    It's a pretty laid back environment for the most part. Everyone is very friendly with one another. Team leaders are easy to get along with.


    There are multiple managers all saying different things or telling you to complete a different task. Sometimes hours can be extreme 10+ shifts. Operations are not streamlined yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Appoint one head manager that caterers are to listen to. Streamline your operation so even a new employee can come in and get the flow. Start vetting new hires more stringently.
