    Pros

    Engaging, fun company culture with occasional opportunities for travel.

    Cons

    Incredibly difficult to advance, shamefully low salary (especially compared to the rest of the industry), bonus targets are often unobtainable.

    Advice to Management

    Increase salaries to reflect cost of living in order to retain strong, experienced employees.
