I worked at Border Foods (MN) full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Can't think of any, besides the ummm... no ohhh maybe the ummm... nope

    Cons

I was promoted to General Manager and had NO Support. I would call my district manager and ask for help, but there was no reply. The meetings were pointless and didn't get anything across,
I was told I had to work 70 to 90 hours a week to make up labor. (not going to happen for only $30,000 to 35,000 / year)
    Unimaginative "new" Products

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If someone is asking you for help (it doesn't matter if you like them or not) you should help them!

    Doesn't Recommend
