    Current Employee - Recruiting

I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Company tries to retain top talent
Administrative mobility encouraged although difficult to get based on outside talent
Shows appreciation for performance and hard work

    Cons

Limited upward mobility for admin staff
Low admin staff salaries. They related heavily in benefits and 401k contribution in full salary package
No flexible work arrangements for non-consulting off staff (unless in regional role)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider allowing strong performers more flexibility in work location (telecommuting, compacted work days, etc)

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
