One of the best companies one can think of in terms of client work, topics, culture and colleagues

    • Comp & Benefits
    • Work/Life Balance
    • Senior Management
    • Culture & Values
    • Career Opportunities

I worked at Boston Consulting Group part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    - Office culture and atmosphere among colleagues is great, personal growth for consulting staff is good but quite mixed for the business support team members.
    - There is lot of information disseminated in terms of what's going on in the company.
    - The company has set up a good training program which is enlarged every year. People have the opportunity to attend two trainings per year and are encouraged to make use of it.

    Cons

Opporunities to take over a new role in other internal departments could be better promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote tranisition to other departments for people from business support team:
Even if it's an investment for the company in the short-term, this possiblity would provide people with an additional option for personal growth and enrich their career path. The company would benefit from the employee's knowledge with regard to culture, attitudes and internal structures which can be partly quite complex and would create an even stronger affiliation to the firm.
