    I have been working at Boston Financial full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    The benefits are good. Coworkers are nice and always helpful.

    Cons

    The training is not always good. Communicating within the company is lacking. Raises are basically nonexistent. Due to lay offs not neighbor people to so the work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Training needs to become top priority. We are dealing with people's money and a lot of mistakes are made do to lack of training.
