Really unrealistic deadlines requiring long hours, but DON'T want to pay up at the end of the week when the time sheet is presented.
On leaving for better paid job, refuse to pay last time sheet. They threaten legal action for a reason or another then refuse to give answer one way or another after a month after threatening legal action should you not surrender any passwords you may have put on a file for security or data integrity even if you let them have the passwords.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Remember, contractors are people too.
We may not be staff but we deserve the same or equivalent rights and treatment to staff.
I would never work for the company again unless it was a staff job then i might not get ignored by everyone else in the "team" ie visitor comes in and just ignored.
Tell managers not to take credit for other peoples work or at least give credit to the person actually doing the work when they ARENT the ones with the technical knowledge who are actually doing the job.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
