    Pros

Good Coworkers...you provide a service that truly helps people get the help that they need and change their lives for the better which is rewarding

    Cons

Bad pay...The good that some employees want to do is negated by management and their personal agendas...management sticks together regardless of who is right in every situation, this extends from supervisors and program directors to HR...no one seems to care what's right...people are put in charge who have a history of abusing authority and are trusted based off of position not merit...employees are not at all heard or listened to...basically if you speak up for yourself to management start looking for another job...also promotion from the inside is based on brown nosing and whether or not you will be a pawn

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Muzzy Rosenblatt and Kevin Martin need to drop into their sites more often (unannounced) and talk to employees in a un intimidating setting and a lot of problems will be fixed
