    Many technical challenges to solve, fast moving environment, cheerful and helpful coworkers

    Cons

    Fierce competition, which is both good and bad.
    Limited offerings for professional training (classes/courses).

    Advice to Management

    Try to keep top talent more engaged (raise, better salaries/perks, spot bonuses) otherwise, they will leave.
